Get to Know Me:
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey. My upbringing in a bilingual household as a Hispanic, Guatemalan American shaped my perspective.

Supporting Diverse Clients:
I specialize in working with adults, couples, and families who grapple with social anxiety, conflict, low self-esteem, cultural barriers, identity development, communication issues, academic/work performance challenges, life transitions, and career exploration. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, valuing each client's unique journey. I am particularly dedicated to clients who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, as well as multicultural families and interracial couples. My therapeutic philosophy promotes self-empowerment, body neutrality, and sex positivity, while integrating mindfulness and wellness practices.

Creating Authentic Connections:
I firmly believe that therapy should not be formal, cold, or artificial. Instead, it should be a comfortable, genuine space where we can openly discuss anything on your mind. My aim is to provide a safe environment where humor, connection, and collaboration can thrive. Together, we'll explore who you are, why you think and act as you do, and empower you to take control of your life. My specialization in couples and family systems therapy has equipped me to understand the intricate dynamics of identity, race, relationships, power, and early childhood experiences that shape our worldviews.
